 its one such remedy which i came through during my internship..

Here is what i have collected about this remedy...

AURUM MURIATICUM NATRONATUM

COMMON NAME – Sodium chloroaurate

MOLECULAR FORMULA – NaAuCl₄.2H₂O

MOLECULAR WEIGHT – 398.05

PHARMACY – Aurum muriaticum natronatum, Double Chloride of Gold and Sodium

INTRODUCTION –

            This remedyhas a most pronounced effect on the female organs, and most of its clinical application has been based thereon. Has more power over uterine tumours than any other remedy (Burnett). Psoriasis syphilitica. Periosteal swelling on lower jaw. Swelling of testicle. High blood pressure due to disturbed function of nervous mechanism. Arterio-sclerosis. Syphilitic ataxia.

DESCRIPTION –

            Orange – yellow, long, four – sided crystals or crystalline powder, odourless, taste metallic, light sensitive and deliquescent. Freely soluble in water. Prepared by mixing solution of equal quantities by weight of sodium chloride and aric chloride and crystallisation. Contaons not less than 99% of NaAuCl₄. 2H₂O calculated with reference to 49% of gold.

HISTORICAL DOSE –

            Trituration and all potencies, second and third trituration.

PREPARATION –

TRITURATION	DRUG STRENTH 1/10
Aurum muriaticum natronatum	100 g
Saccharum lactis	900 g

a)

To make one kilogram of the trituration.

b) Potencies; 2X and higher to be triturated, 6X may be converted to liquid 8X.

MOTHER TINCTURE	DRUG STRENGTH
Aurum muriaticum natronatum	100 g

 c)

Purified water in sufficient quantity to make one litre of mother solution.

       d)  Potencies; 2X to contain one part Mother solution, four parts purified water and five parts strong alcohol. 3X and higher with dispensing alcohol.

 STORAGE:

            Keep in a well – closed container, protected from light.

CLINICAL:

            Amaurosis, Ascitis, Cancer, Chancres, Fiboids, Haemorrhoids, Hairloss, Headaches, Hectic fever, Jaundice, Rhinoscleroma, Sycosis, Syphilis, Tongue disorders, Tuberculosis, Tumors, Uterus indurations, Warts.

SPHERE OF ACTION:

            Female organs, glands, bones, digestion, blood vessels. Left side.

FEMALE GENITAL SYSTEM :

·         Indurated cervix.

·         Palpitation of young girls.

·         Coldness in abdomen.

·         Chronic metritis and prolapsed uterus.

·         Uterus fills up whole parts.

·         Ulceration of neck of womb and vagina.

·         Leucorrhoea with spasmodic contraction of vagina.

·         Ovaries indurated, ovarian dropsy.

·         Sub – involution.

·         Ossified uterus.

·         Ulcers with induration of uterus.

·         Enlargement of ovary.

·         Leucorrhoea, corroding the parts.

·         Pustules on genitals.

·         Menses – frequent, profuse, and excoriating, copious, yellow, heat, burning and itching of the vagina and labia.

·         Scirrhus of uterus and breast

      OBSERVATION:  I have used this remedy in cases of uterine fibroid and have observed that the size of the fibroid shrunk and no trace of fibroid remains in patients...
